The problem

Design a competition-ready Formula SAE car from scratch, meeting the full FSAE rulebook — as an independent solo project, with limited funding that ruled out physical fabrication.

The approach

Worked through eight sub-systems as independent modules — FSAE-rules compliance, chassis, crash analysis, aerodynamics, suspension, powertrain, braking and steering — modelling each in SolidWorks and validating structure, safety and flow with FEA and CFD rather than physical prototypes.

The result

A complete engineering design record for a competition-ready vehicle: every major system modelled, analysed and regulation-checked in simulation with professional rigour. Fabrication is the next step once funded.
